We are well-versed in the practice before the court. We handle civil, criminal and administrative cases. We have practiced before the various trial courts, the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. Family Law & Succession
Our Family Law practice ranges from name changes/correction, guardianship proceedings, adoption to annulment/declaration of nullity of marriages and legal separation. We handle cases regarding judicial or extrajudicial settlement of estates and settlement of inheritance disputes. However, our lawyers being family-oriented persons, we will exert all efforts to avoid litigation and view going to court as a last resort.

Our firm regularly advises and assists clients on land acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and land registration. We provide protection to our clients in such a way that we readily conduct investigations as to validity of torrens titles and pending litigation over the property.
